Here is the story. Very nice Sebring Convertible loaded up. I personally drove this car for 4-5 weeks using the top up and down with not problems. One day I went to put the top down and it went into malfunction mode. The trunk and windows work, but top latches won't release. The over all condition of this car inside and out is very good to excellent. Car will need brakes and 2 tires to pass Pa state inspection. Buy the car and fix the top in the spring. Selling cheap!
