2CV Charleston made by Citroën in 1986 (original Charleston, not a copy).
Excellent condition.
My dad bought this car during 2013 in France just to realize a dream: driving across the USA by the Route 66. He’s passionate with 2CV and restored several of them. He finally brought me the car in California last year. The car is now famous in France (radio interview and newspaper articles of my dad and his car when he went back)
In terms of papers, I have the original french title, the EPA form 3520, the CBP form 7501 and the HS-7 form, all signed and stamped by an official CBP officer. You will also need an invoice with the final price of the car.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CAR CANNOT BE REGISTERED IN CALIFORNIA except by making huge changes in a CARB lab to comply with US safety standards => only requested in CA (other US states have the 25 years old rule for classic cars, not CA…)
New paint, new brakes, new frame (ten years warranty, certificate of comformity from Citroën) new roof, new seats, new starter, revised engine, new gazoline pump, new alternator, new windshield, no rust, tyres only 8000kms.
New fenders (front and rear)
Bumpers front and rear are new. Lights and lenses are all in good condition.
Strict observance of the original condition. No rust worries.
