Too many projects at this time ! Selling my 1972 Factory black 510 (one of rarest colors sent to US.).came with dark red/maroon interior , installed SR20det five years ago and drive sometimes , then park for months during that time , things it has starting with body.
Body and paint also about six years old was never completed(two stage with clear coat never buffed or waxed ) , window rubbers cut back for new rubber to be installed and cover paint edge , Chrome never installed around windows and lower rockers due to small dings and dog scratched side , was going back to repaint sections only has maybe five small areas. Engine bay was completely stitch welded before paint .Rear seat reupholstered maroon , had matching red recaro BMW seats and broke drivers side so I put race Recaro in drivers side was looking for a match but needs a matching set of red or other Recaro seats , passenger side is ripped up a little had sheepskin cover on it .Never installed tach but wired for it in dash , SR20s have rev limiter anyway , turbo boost and oil pressure gauges on floor near shifter . Also near shifter in pic is Wilwood adj. brake proportioning valve on drivers side in cockpit near left knee for rear disc .Bumpers where new chromed .
Suspension and chassis -has cut ZX struts with adjustable kyb MR2 inserts with custom camber plates , bump steer spacers , rear has short interpart shocks with Datsun roadster front springs in rear and rear disc brakes from 240sx , SR20det front sway bar , rear has sway bar also .Stainless front and rear brake and clutch hoses .
Rear end has rare Nissan comp option Detroit locker from 70s with 3.90 gears , Drove car to San Francisco last year cruised 85 at 28mpg no problem on road .
Wheels going with car are Rare -American Racing White MESHIES 15x7 with two different offsets fit perfect- 10mm fronts and 20mm inset rears for lots of clearance maybe would fit a 215x50x15 rear but run 205s all the way around small damage on edge of one front .Other Autobahn wheels in pics are for my wagon project .
Motor stock Red top runs great ! smooth power transfer , never even boosted past 7psi , custom made exhaust manifold and down pipe . Starion intercooler tucked behind grill , always run Kendall synthetic oil , has three puck racing clutch also. We are also a restoration and motor swap and hose shop here in So Cal so I installed a remote oil filter system with big crimped Aeroquip hoses adding a quart to oil system and way easier to change oil .
What it needs
Window rubber , felts, and door gaskets .Headliner in red .Matching seats of your choice .
Paint repaired to make perfect again -.Body damages at this time from parking in a lot or in street parallel ( I can't win )R. front fender ding, rear door dog scratches and ding .Left quarter at bumper mount small crack where was bumper was tapped in front of shop . Left front fender has small dent , had cover on it and a fender fell on it .Hood center scratched by garage door , that's all !
Chrome door handles and tail lights slight pitting
Heater cables frozen , heater is hooked up can reach under dash and turn off .
Front lower control arm bushings have them already not installed !
Radio- Has newer Dual model with blue tooth and a remote in glove box , rear panel behind seat needs re upholstering , it does work fine at this time with antenna under dash cover at this time !
