1970 Datsun 1600 Roadster (SPL311)
Original condition Datsun Roadster with 97682 miles
I purchased this 1970 model with approximately 97, 500. The car has been very reliable and I enjoyed driving it around town. I believe that I am the second owner of this car. I bought the car from the owners children and the sellers claim that the miles were original. I can only say that the children say he was their father was the only driver, but no guaranties.
Everything on the car work including the radio that understandably Crankles.
Just had the car gone through by a local repair shop that specializes in classic cars. The following work was done
Replaced brake master cylinder, rear brake cylinders, inspected, bleed adjusted. Replace clutch master cylinder, adjusted, bleed, tested clutch Oil, fluids, etc replaced All parts were new OEM unless unavailable Total repair cost were minimal for OEM parts, labor and misc.
The car has always runs excellent and only drips a few drops of oil a week or so.
The body is in great shape. And it needs paint has been scratched
The interior is completely original including a repairable split in the dashboard and a few minor splits near the windows.
The car does have a convertible top that I do not use is in storage.
I have an assortment of spare parts
I am selling the car so that I will have funds for a down payment on a home.
