1970 Datsun 1600 Roadster (SPL311)
Original condition Datsun Roadster
with 97682 miles
I purchased this 1970 model with
approximately 97, 500 miles. The car has been very reliable and I have enjoyed driving it. I believe that I am the second owner of this car. The previous owner stated that the miles were original.
The external tape deck works well.
Just had the car gone through by a
local repair shop that specializes in classic cars. The following work was
done
Replaced brake master cylinder, rear brake cylinders, inspected, bleed adjusted. Replace clutch master cylinder, adjusted, bleed, tested clutch Oil, fluids, etc replaced All parts were new OEM unless unavailable Total repair cost were minimal for OEM parts, labor and misc.
This is a fun driving vehicle that drives well.
The body is in great shape with a few scratches.
The interior is completely original
including a repairable split in the dashboard and a few minor splits near the
windows.
The car does have a convertible top
that I do not use is in storage.
I have an assortment of spare parts.
