The car was bought on eBay on March 16, 2014. This is what the previous owner has described: I have been 4 years in the restoration of this little beauty. Paint removed to bare metal. Professionally prep'd and painted. Floorboards cleaned, treated and paint sealed. Interior completely replaced including, all vinyl, carpets, dashpad and dash fascia. Complete bumper to bumper factory wiring harness. Engine rebuilt (less than 200 miles on rebuild) transmission gone thru, rebearing and seals. New bake and clutch master cylinders, new clutch slave cylinder, new clutch. All rubber hoses replace. New radiator, new battery, all chrome rechromed down to the windshield squirters. New tires on refinished original style wheels with baby moon like hubcaps. Trunk sealed, painted and carpeted. Original side car jack. New windshield, 97 piece rubber and thru firewall grommet set installed (this includes all new window, door and windshield seals). New rear brakes including new wheel cylinders. New wheel bearings and seals front, new axle bearings and seals in the rear. Window squeegees and fur strips. New custom exhaust with header and resonator. Gas tank removed, cleaned and painted.
Since imported into Canada, the car has gone through inspection and fixed some of the electrical problems, add new windshield wiper arm and removed the rollbar. The mileage put in is around 200 km. The reason to release the car is because another roadster was bought.
