Very desirable 1967.5 1600 Roadster
.The last year of the Low windshield, and flat Dashboard . Mechanical improvements include 5 Bearing block, dual reservoir master brakes, Suspension upgrades, improved electronics.Hagerty lists the value of a 'Good condition car' at $13, 000 and an 'Excellent condition car' at $28, 000. My car is a 'Very good condition' car. It has been a California car (orig. Blk Plates go with car), from 1967 until 2012. If you are reading this, then you probably know something about Roadsters.This is a very solid, low mileage, well cared for Survivor . .not many like this are left.The car runs and shifts smooth, has a great exhaust note, no rust, never been hit, perfectly straight body, great paint (especially up close), .. a total head turner, Can easily win local car shows as is. This is a fine example of a classic, well maintained Low windshield Roadster.

Original owner - Santa Monica
(1967 - 2007)
. Garaged, and driven as her fun car. Car stored it's last 10 years due to owner Illness.Car sold at Estate sale.Second owner - Santa Barbara (2007-2012). Restored by a serious collector (owned a Roadster in 1969). Work done included- Getting car in road worthy condition - refreshed the head, paint (with factory correct paint), interior and bright work restored, installed competition springs and shocks. He restored the car (but not 'Frame off', as car did not need it). Installed an additional mini radiator to avoid California freeway traffic over heating. I have an original radiator if you wish to return to total stock set-up - for me,

, not interested in fixing something that isn't broken.Third owner - Royal Palms, Fl. (2012-2013). Purchased by serious collector, and former member of Penske Datsun Racing team. Work done included - Replace generator, repaired speedometer, Installed Header and exhaust system. Replaced top and interior rugs, installed Momo steering wheel, installed 15 VTO Rims and Falken tires, replaced battery, tuned carbs. He passed away 10/2012. Current owner - North Jersey (2013 - ). Purchased car from Estate sale. Work done included - Replaced float needles, fuel lines and filters. Installed Petronix ignition, upgraded coil, plugs and wires. Installed ADQ carb needles. Added Pacesetter Monza split tip exhaust resonator. Replaced trans, differential, brake, radiator fluids. Replaced fan belt, motor mounts, fuel pump. Oil change/grease job always done before winter storage. Car is always garaged, and driven regularly on back road routes. The car is a good weather, day time driver..by my choice. Top is only put up for winter storage. I have tonneau cover, but no Boot cover (which covers the top when it is down). I use the tonneau to cover the downed top, no problems, looks good and is quite. Parts included are radiator, NIB starter, carb floats, gaskets, plugs, original distributor parts removed for Petronix upgrade, thermostat, dist. cap, fuel filters, fuel line material, oil filters, DATSUN letters for the hood (I prefer the smooth look). I have 3 items on my to do list - diagnose and fix directional Blinkers (I use hand signals for now), tighten side view mirror (not easily accessible, not a priority), adjust Driver side weather stripping so that door closes smoothly every time (I may play with this one). Car radio works, and I have the antenna key. Car has chrome licence plate trim, and original rubber trunk mat (I have upholstered over the mat) .
