Description:
1974 Datsun 260Z up for auction. Car was built in January 1974 which makes it an extension of the 240Z rather than the 280Z which was built later in 1974. Clean title in hand. Three previous owners with some documentation. Color is Dodge Toxic Orange. I've received many compliments on the paint job.
Body: New floor pans with rails, new sheet metal wherever rust was found, minor dings removed. Body now rust free, paint in excellent condition, new weatherstripping.
Interior: Seats in excellent condition. Cracked dashboard in the middle which is typical but new full dash cover included with purchase. Not sure what gauges work since I can't get the car started.
Engine: Car was driven to my house from PA by previous owner but engine isn't turning over now. Could be seized but I'm not totally convinced. The engine number matches the build plate. The engine may need to be rebuilt or replaced if the matching numbers aren't important to the next owner.
Exhaust: New pipe, muffler
Brakes: New master cylinder, wheel cylinders
New battery, new tires, new stereo system with speaker boxes in rear, new carpeting, rebuilt radiator,
