For sale is a 1983 Datsun 280ZX Turbo in excellent condition. This is originally and Arizona car and has zero rust, one of the cleanest 280ZX's you'll ever see. Interior is in very good condition. Has the T-tops. All gauges work, including the clock, although I've had a hard time adjusting it. Dash does have a crack in the usual Z fashion, but there is a dash cover. Like a proper sports car, this one has a 5-speed transmission, which shifts nicely. Brakes also work very well. Engine runs very strong, and sounds great. The car does have some stalling issues. I've driven 100 miles in a day with no problems, but the next time I drive it, it might stall. Took it to a mechanic, but he lacked Datsun diagnostics, and could not figure out the problem. Many parts have been replaced including fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, oil/filter, fuel pump, engine idle sensor, oxygen sensor, fuel guage tank unit, etc. Tires are in very good condition with a lot of tread left. Has nearly new 17 Rotas in excellent condition. Overall this is very nice example of a turbo 280ZX 5-speed, probably one of the nicest still around. The only problem is the stalling issue, which is probably a relatively simple fix if you have experience working on Datsuns, or know a mechanic that has experience working on them.
