This Delorean has been in my Family since purchased new in 1982 from Don Massey Cadillac Detroit This is the first time the car has ever been listed for sale.this Delorean has never been neglected or in need of restoration it has been started and or driven at least biweekly since new although all the upgrades common to a delorean have been done from electrical and cooling system to many stainless steel upgrades This is a 5-speed with new wheels and tires a Cat IV alarm system installed at dealer at time of purchase, new state inspection, orginal care care kit, spare tire never used shock tower brace. i'v seen many deloreans over the years this one stands alone in many respects.there is a portfolio of receipts with the car from 1982 to current years for maitance and the upgrades done. My father was a life time employe of U.S.Steele had friends and connections with Allegheny ludium the company that produced the 304 stainless steel for Delorean.My uncle had 38 years in general motors they were the two guys responsible for the upgraded stainless rear louver panel to my knowledge it was the only one blueprinted and manufactured.Overall the body and interior are great condition car has been kept orginal with tastefull upgades. every thing functions as it should runs very well.The orginal keys, owners manual, windo sticker and complete shop manuals, Technical information manual, 1981 playboy pick of the pack ad, delorean- cuttysark ad.And my favorite 1982 pioneer stereo sweepstakes contest brochure with a new delorean as grand prize.Within 1500 miles ago we had Baurlie automotive go over this delorean top to bottom those of you that know deloreans also know that he is one of the few delorean specialists out there have the paperwork for that as well. you could fly in if your outside pa.and drive this Delorean home.In a nutsheel if you want a Delorean that is exceptional this is the investment to make.Selling our home and moving into a townhouse wih no extra garage space motivates this sale.
