MOST other (later) models have to open the entire hood to get fuel: not convenient if it's inclement weather.
The radio is currently not working (believe the antenna may have become disconnected) cassette deck does not work.

The body is in good condition and the car even still has the factory spare tire in the front, very rare for these cars!
This is a collector’s item that will only go up in value! I am unable to give the car the time or attention it deserves.
Known items that need to be fixed, replaced or adjusted at time of listing: Door seals need to be replaced, radio needs to be fixed, passenger seat has a crack on the side, and accelerator cable is broken. Both front & rear fascia's need to be repainted. Vehicle has not been on the road since July when the cable broke, but has been started regularly.
Vehicle is currently unable to be driven and will need to be shipped via transport to buyer.
Title and car won't be transferred until payment is received in full and cleared.

The vision of former GM executive John Delorean, the DMC-12 was like nothing anyone had ever seen when it hit the road in 1981.
Featuring gull-wing doors with a fiberglass underbody, to which non-structural brushed stainless steel panels are affixed, the car became iconic for its appearance as a modified time machine in the Back to the Future film trilogy.
Approximately 9, 000 DMC-12s were produced between 1981 and early 1983.
