Full Restoration completed at 6, 358 Miles, which included an engine reseal and refinish, all stainless body parts being refinished, and a new frame along with new suspension, new brakes, many other parts. This restoration was needed, most of the DeLorean's were left stranded on the docks in Belfast for 2 years while the company went through bankruptcy. The salty air took its toll on the parts of the car which were not stainless steel resulting in corrosion of the frame and other mild steel parts. Cars that haven't been restored will eventually need to be.
The previous owner was production manager at DMC from day one up until the end, as part of the sale you will have the opportunity to have lunch with the previous owner and go over the history of DeLorean.
