Price: US $4,000.00
I bought this car in 1976, it cost me $150, it has done very well, always started, car had been converted to a 12 volt, but could be reverted back to 6 volt, There has been 2 repaintings done to it, present paint is pained over a paint that was yellow, with white top. The front brakes is recently rebuilt, seems to be working good. body is straight, no dents. has been just driven, like to go shopping, casual driving, There is a second DeSoto just like it being used as parts, that could go with it, and a sun visor above windshield is still here, the engine compartment has not been restored, but the engine was rebuilt in about 1982. Has run good since, i never put a whole lot of miles on it, transmission works good, it has what was called a tip toe shift, when car get up to 20 miles an hour, lift foot off gas and then it shifts with 2 electrical solonoids . There is only minor rust, like just some on top of rocker panel.
