1969 Dodge Coronet

Dodge Coronet (1969)
for sale

Price: US $202.50

Description:

There is no engine in this Superbee but can come with a 1969 HP 383 Block only. The numbers matching 4 speed goes with car but do not have original 3.91 center section ( third member ) with no idea where original 383 is.
This is a super cool Superbee as it is a factory N96, side scoop, bench seat 4 speed with 3.91 car. In the pictures there is a break down of Fender Tag options plus a picture of the build sheet. I do not know history of this Superbee, but I bought it from a friend of mine who used it as a street/track car and its best time at the track was an 11.95. I am keeping that engine ( which was a 440 ) and selling car needing only an engine and bell housing. This was a running driving car this morning and EVERYTHING works, the radio, the gauges, all lights, you name it. I am sorry I did not get a picture of air grabber set up under hood but is all there and functional and looks restored. The Bee currently has a 3.23 sure grip under it, the 4.56 center section that was in the car is also in auction as it was a custom built center section in an aluminum housing with a Richmond Gear gear set and made by Randy's Ring and Pinion in Everett Washington. I am only allowed 24 pictures on ebay so I had to weed through some pictures I had taken to post on here, but can send any pictures a prospective bidder may need.
The partial piece of bumble bee stripe missing, I have, reason it is missing is because car had been keyed down the side and I had car repainted and have not put stripe back on but will be sent to winning bidder.
Deviation from stock on appearance is originally car came with a cream colored top and when it was restored in late 80's it was changed to a black top. Two issues with car - drivers side seat track needs repaired or replaced and then the damndest thing ever - the car is rust free but honestly do not know what happend to trunk pan. It needs replaced as does gas tank. The gas tank does not leak but looks like it expanded and took trunk pan with it. I did best I could to get pictures of it. It looks like gas tank expanded. hasnt affected any part of this car.
This car is a beautiful driver status ole muscle car/ Super Car and the restoration done on it back in late 80's has held up pretty well. There is a couple small bubbles on bottom of quarter panels behind rear wheels and a small bubble or two under back window. I have a photo album of its restoration that goes with car.
There are ALOT of Superbee's out there, mostly because of clones but this one is Pedigreed and all body numbers match and this is an unusual Superbee to say the least. Like I stated at beginning of description, this is a SUPER COOL Superbee and ONLY THINGS MISSING are Bell Housing, and engine.
