Vintage 1956 Dodge C-3 Pickup
This is Ruby. She has treated me well for many years and I love her dearly, but sometimes lovers grow apart. The truth is, I'm starting a new business and that's why we're getting a divorce. Ruby is an all -original beautiful, head-turning, garage-kept, 1956 C-3 half-ton pickup truck. She has her original flat head 6-cylinder engine with a few convenient modifications, such as a new, heavy-duty aluminum radiator, Petronix electric starting system (no points to change!), rear air shocks, vinyl bed cover, Kenwood audio/CD player (speakers& woofer under the seat), and best of all, she has been completely converted from a 6-volt to 12-volt electrical system!
No dim lights on this girl! Please keep in mind that this is NOT a hot rod and I have never driven Ruby faster than 55 mph. These trucks were meant for work and she is a SOLID AS A ROCK
truck. No rattling, pinging or knocking. You'll see lots of vintage Ford and Chevy pickups out there folks, but very few Dodge's like Ruby. She is EASY to maintain and it's all there under the hood. If you want a vintage, original pickup for sale at a great price (especially a rare Dodge like Ruby), you cannot go wrong with this one. Ruby is a daily-driver that requires practically no maintenance other than an occasional oil change. On the other hand, if you are looking for perfect, suped-up hot rod, keep going and be prepared to shell out at least $25, 000 dollars.

Ruby has always been maintained by ONE mechanic who is an honest, 50-year strictly Mopar specialist. If you would like to speak with him about her, I will provide you with his contact info and he will tell you everything you need to know as well as vouch that Ruby is a

truck.
PS: “Hula girl” on dash is included with sale as she is Ruby's best friend.
Ruby does have some blemishes, but I call them “beauty marks.”Some minor paint flakes and scratches here and there.
All interior gauges work, except the fuel gauge sometimes gets “sketchy”. For this, I always write down Ruby's mileage when I fill her up to calculate the tank. She gets about 120 miles to a full tank
Driver's side vent window is cracked and EASILY replaceable.
Parking brake does not work and did not work when I purchased Ruby. She just needs a new cable. I always just put her in gear when I parked her.

I will ONLY accept cash, cashier's check, money order and/or bank wire transfer for final payment. Title transfer, plates, etc. is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping & handling and all applicable costs incurred is at the buyer’s expense. I WILL ASSIST WITH SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS.
