the van is complete when it was stored it ran we have been casing a problem of the van will not go faster than 25MPH at no more than 2500rpm we have taken it to two dealerships and they are just telling us to throw parts at it we are done so it's for sale. we have replaced the EGR valve, the turbo, coolant sensor, the PCM and its been flashed by the dealer. unrelated to the current problem it had a new transmission not that long ago, new axle in the rear. it come with the custom ladder rack. and the new tires on it and a pile of miscellanies spare parts we have for it. this vehicle is sold as is transportation will be the buyers responsibility.
