Have for sale a beautiful 3 owner survivor..one of 3, 301 produced in 1959..a 1959 Edsel Corsair 4-dr sedan..Sold new to Claude Austin by Smith Crossroads Ford in Lenoir, North Carolina on Sept 1, 1958..This car matches the Corsair four door sedan featured in the 1958 Edsel brochure..This lovely car stayed with Claude for 50 years, never being driven if rain was in the forecast.Florida owner #2 purchased the car about 6 years ago from Claude..This time capsule is all origional except for one factory correct repaint within the past 12 years..The interior of this car is 100% origional and mint..Only 102K pampered miles over the last 56 years...Factory origional interior, dash, carpet, headliner and door panels are all in mint condition...The car is equipped with the desireable 361 4BBL V-8 rated at 303 HP and rebuilt 3 speed automatic transmission...Very nice chrome and stainless, excellent Corsair painted wheel covers and like-new Coker wide whitewall tires..Excellent rust-free body and undercarriage..original AM push button radio and factory clock both work.
