This example is tight, fast, responsive--drives and operates as new. Grigio Metallizzato highlights the details of the design better than bright shades while the excellent red/black/grey interior provides a sporting, sexy splash of color. Nothing mechanically is needed--cam belts, tensioners, water pump, Michelins, battery, fluids are all fresh. Suspension bushings, shocks and springs are fresh. Excellent compression and rust/accident-free as confirmed by a Ferrari Factory-trained technician.
Minor cosmetics (small paint defects, interior fabric behind seats) could be addressed to bring the car up to #2. This 308 would make a great base for a concours-level restoration. 308 Ferraris are appreciating rapidly. Solid, honest examples such as this one are quickly becoming scarce.
