To qualify for retail sale a unit must meet or exceed our exacting standards inclusive of applicable service and or maintenance needs. As the primary demand is for original or “survivor” cars not painted/sanded or buffed in preparation for sale thus there typically exists some minor signs of wear or usage inclusive slight marks, pits or slight surface scratches which typically can be polished out. Except in very rare case exceptions, unless otherwise advised and or noted, late model exotics will be absent of any accident history or paintwork except in rare cases where an otherwise perfect car has minor abrasions on a front or rear bumper (common with most performance cars) which require the removal and refinishing of a lower bumper or lip. Buyers expectations of overall pre-owned certified conditions should be in line with a units mileage and age. Variances from “pristine” or as new become applicable with historic collectibles as originality of parts takes precedence over new reproduction replacements. Service levels and maintenance varies depending on make/model with higher end exotics having extended service / maintenance requirements being reflected in the list price.
