PAYMENT:
A deposit of $1, 000 is due within 24 hours of the auction’s end. The remaining balance must be paid within three business days. We accept cash, certified check, bank transfer, and third-party financing. PayPal is accepted for deposits only. At the time of sending the initial deposit, the buyer must fax or e-mail a copy of their valid state issued driver’s license and proof of insurance. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to the buyer, all other sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to the seller. If the winning bidder does not contact Ashton Auto Group, LLC within 24 hours of the auction’s end, the vehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
TAXES AND FEES:
Final or winning bid price does not include shipping, tax, tag, title, or registration fees. A dealer fee of $499 will be added to the price of every sale. Florida residents and out-of-state buyers are required to pay state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide for any state or local taxes and shipping expenses resulting from the sale.
TITLE INFORMATION:
If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, Ashton Auto Group, LLC will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Licensed carriers are generally insured for $3, 000, 000.00. Ashton Auto Group, LLC assumes no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle leaves our possession. Any shipping arrangements made by Ashton Auto Group, LLC is provided as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipping company, not with Ashton Auto Group, LLC. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 business days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimated time of arrival to be sure.
Ashton Auto Group, LLC bears no liability and shall be held harmless for any complications, expenses, or damages resulting from failure to meet these terms as they have been set forth and established herein.
