2003 Excursion limited 4x4 6.0 diesel coil over conversion.
Truck has 89, xxx miles and is near perfect. It has had a lot of love in last couple of years and has been upgraded to survive and last a very long time. All necessary know 6.0 issues have been addressed @ 68, 000 miles. And the entire drivetrain, steering and suspension have been upgraded as well. The drivetrain upgrades came from a ford lemon law buy back truck with just over 25, 000 miles. Drivetrain upgrades done @ 75, 000 miles . axles and steering components have right at 40, 000 miles total. Absolutely everything on drivetrain replaced was ford factory parts except for brake pads and shocks. Any steering, axle, etc. replacements parts are available from ford as 2007 F350 superduty. The truck does not dive down in the front when you brake and tracks down the road without the wondering as it did when as stock. Truly nice to drive. One finger on the wheel. The brakes are incredible! I would say the tire tread is 50% brakes 9K on them. There is a small plastic piece in the rear seat where the seat belt comes thru that is missing, and a small hole in dash under steering wheel where there was an alarm light or tiny switch at some point. The brush guard could use repainted. Maybe better floor mats I did not get factory ones with truck. The truck run and drives perfect, better than original. Best I have seen. Easily $15, 000 spent in last couple of years. I can no longer keep it inside and really only take it on trips so it’s best to let go. Buyer will have to pick up or arrange your own shipping. I can drive it to a lot for loading if need. Buyer will need to sign a release for all the modifications and agree to take to their own mechanic for inspection. This should be considered for off road use due to emissions restrictions make sure it will work for your state. I did not remove the egr system but did buy a factory egr cooler off of ebay some time back just to have and will include with the truck. There are I think 7 custom tunes in the ICT tuner, 3 in there when I bought it and I purchased 1 plus a three pack. I use the stock minus the egr light. If you are not wanting a diesel truck that sounds
like a fighter jet, this is not the truck for you
. You can literally hear it coming for blocks. I love it everyone loves it but could bother some. Cannot say enough. It hard to sell but I need to, we are out of room. There will be a $250.00 instant deposit charged thru paypal as a deposit. If you back out it is lost and I will use fees to relist. Payment needs to be cash at pick up or cashier’s check drawn on wells Fargo no exceptions. Check must be cleared before the truck leaves my possession. I owe a small amount to wells Fargo but it takes no time at all to get the title. I can keep safe insured and undriven for 2 weeks until pick up can be arranged.
