Bought this a few months ago with the intention of fixing it up to haul trash to the dump and for the occasional trip to the lumber yard and nursery for shrubs and mulch. I just don't have the time to devote to it. Low reserve, so bid to win!!! Brakes on the truck are a little soft, but work fine when pumped. Steering has quite a bit of play in it. Also, turn signal lever is quite loose and the bench seat needs to be reupholstered. Springs and foam under the driver are worn.

This auction is for a rare 1972 Ford F-100 XLT Ranger short bed truck. This truck is unrestored and has a great look to it. It has the original paint and would make a great Patina Truck or drive it and restore as you go. This truck runs great and it starts right up every time effortlessly. It has 127, 000 original miles on it. It has the original 302 V-8 engine and has a manual 3 speed transmission in the floor (Originally came automatic on the column) but was professionally switched over to manual. The clutch and trans are in great condition and it shifts nice and smooth. This truck has a great sound and has lots of power. It also gets a lot of attention everywhere you drive it. The horn, lights, signals, radio, wipers, lights etc... all work like they should. It has the woodgrain on the door panels and dash. All the glass is in good shape on it and it has the sliding rear window. This truck is very original and has all the trim on it including the exterior tie area option for cargo. There aren't many Rangers like this left out there and they are going to continue to get more and more valuable. So grab this one while you can the reserve is set low.
