2. We require a deposit of $10, 000 within 2 business days after the end of auction. There is an immediate deposit of $500.00 on all vehicle which is non-refundable unless car is not as described. We accept credit cards, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks (must clear before release of vehicle). The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed.
3. Seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle thru pictures and written descriptions. It is on the buyer to verify the condition of the car, as well as options. All vehicles are sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY, The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1000 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.

All winning bidders are required to pay a $299.00 dealer service fee, a state inventory fee which is .003% of the sale price, and a documentary service fee of $150.00.
