We require all bidders with low feedback to contact us prior to bidding to help keep prices down and maintain reserve free auctions on eBay. The integrity of this auction is very important to us and we will do everything we can to maintain a fair auction. We ask that you only bid if you can afford the vehicle and or you have financing ready with pre approval prior to the close of auction. Nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. The seller shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the description, genuineness, authenticity, defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No discounts shall be provided on account of any imperfections, inaccuracies, defect or damage. Descriptions or identifications of the vehicle are for identification purposes only and do not constitute any type of warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect the vehicle and be satisfied with the vehicle prior to bidding. We encourage prospective buyers to personally inspect vehicles or have them inspected on their behalf prior to any bidding. All efforts shall be made to disclose any defects with the vehicle by the seller prior to close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. In the event of any unforeseen litigation, any such litigation will be held in Maricopa County.

All extended warranty plans start from date of purchase and the miles are in addition to what the vehicle has already.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyer is solely responsible for pick up or shipping of this vehicle. If you desire to have it shipped using a third party service, we will gladly assist in any way we can.
AUCTION INFORMATION
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment and pickup. We require a $1, 000 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. The deposit can be made through PayPal to our email address. Please note that all payments will be made to Best Auto, dba Arizona Diesels is our eBay name. If the deposit is not received within forty-eight (48) hours and no alternative arrangements are made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remainder is due within five (5) days of making the initial deposit. For the remaining balance we accept cash (in person), cashier's check, money order, any other certified check from a bank, or bank transfer. A Documentation Fee of $250 will apply. If you choose not to have the vehicle shipped outside of Arizona Sales tax will apply.
Just a friendly reminder folks, most credit unions and banks do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. If you intend to finance the vehicle, please make sure that your financial institution accepts the vehicle prior to bidding. It is imperative that you arrange all financing well in advance of the end of auction. Please do not assume anything not listed or pictured is included.
We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
