For sale is a solid 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 2 door fastback. This car is powered by a 289 V8 and a 3 speed transmission. The car is in very good shape for its age, but does have average wear and tear. The car was a daily driver from the 1970's-2008 when the previous owner passed away. I purchased the car from the son of the original owner who drove it to high school in the 1980's. The car still has the Henrico High School sticker on the side window. This car has a Magnaflow exhaust system and sounds fantastic. I have put new tires, rear wheel cylinders, and rear lines on the car. The car still needs finishing. The brakes were partially converted to front disc, but needs a disc master cylinder. The car also needs a new drivers side rim(old one has a slight bend). The interior is in good condition, but has a crack in the dash board and tears in the drivers seat. I will include extra parts that I have for the car(tail lights, mirror, window, vent window). The passenger side of the car does have some damage from falling off a jack stand. I will include the damage in the pictures.The car does have factory air but needs a dryer. I will also include an extra compressor. The car just had an oil and filter change. I take it up and down the highway for daily use to it does drive and drives well. It does have a small drip from the carbueretor but nothing that effects the running or the safety of the car. All of the lights and blinkers work, as well as the old 8-track/FM radio inside of the vehicle. The car does have some bubbles underneath the vinyl top but no holes to speak of. The trunk has a few patches in the floor but is solid. The car could also use an allignment, as the steering wheel isn't straight, but that does not effect the way the car drives. The car has been painted over the years but was painted the original blue. Overall the car is a great driver, it is no show car, but it would make a great daily driver for someone! I am not going to warranty the car and the sale of the vehicle is final.
