New floor pans, new inner rocker panels, outer and inner wheel houses are replaced. Numerous replaced sheet metal parts. Upper rear panel factory seams are intact. New front suspension parts, new rear leaf springs, new fuel tank, Ford front disc brakes, Ford fenders. Original seats and trim panels are in fine condition. Engine running when purchased.
