In the following paragraphs I will attempt to describe this very special car in excruciating detail. This is a Stage 3 Roush Mustang, factory rated at 540 HP. For those unaware of the Roush process, they take delivery of brand new Mustangs directly from Ford, upgrade them, and sell them through Roush Ford dealerships with a warranty. This is a well-integrated package, not an amateur hack job.

Exterior: Overall in very nice cosmetic condition. The exterior recently received a full professional detail including a two stage polish, clay bar, and wax. The black is deep, dark, glossy, and nearly flawless. Carfax indicates no accidents and there are no signs of paintwork. The exterior condition is much nicer than you would expect for the mileage, very few rock chips and other damage from driving. Wheels are excellent with only minor curbing. Overall it is a fantastic looking car that looks very menacing in black.
Interior: Overall in exceptional condition, nearly flawless. No stains, no pet smell, no smoking, no interior damage of any kind. Everything works exactly as it should – all accessories, hot heat, cold A/C, audio system, Sync system, etc. Floor mats are in excellent condition with only minor heel wear on the driver’s side. Obviously a very well loved car, very very nice.
Mechanical: Again in excellent condition. Needless to say, the engine in this car is simply incredible. Stock levels of Mustang GT power at low throttle, but a totally different animal when the supercharger starts producing boost. Simply incredible levels of power and response, with the usual awesome Roush exhaust sound as well as a nice supercharger whine. Simply an awesome powertrain. Also worthy of note, the 4.6L Stage 3 receives a far more comprehensive rework than the newer 5.0 based models, including forged internals and new pistons to reduce the compression ratio. The 5.0L Stage 3 models do not receive any internal engine work by Roush. The engine runs great without any caution lights or mechanical issues, the oil change monitor shows a recent oil change, the air filter is nearly new, and all fluids are clean and full. Suspension is nice and tight without being harsh, it makes the Mustang feel surprisingly nimble. No suspension pulling, clunks, or other signs of damage or wear. Brakes are strong without any vibration or pulling, the sport brake package gives the Mustang brakes worthy of a Porsche. The transmission shifts smoothly without any grinding or popping out of gears, the short shifter makes for very nice tight gates, and the clutch is strong without any sign of slipping. Tires are the correct Cooper RS3 with approximately 30% tread up front and 80% in the rear. Overall it is a fantastic running and driving car that needs nothing, guaranteed to put a huge smile on your face.
Flaws: Overall this is a superb car, ready to make other Mustang enthusiasts jealous at your local car show. All flaws are exceptionally minor as this car is very nearly perfect. Exterior: very few rock chips, small amount of curbing on all four wheels (see detailed photos), a few light chips on the exterior sides (see detailed photos), one small door ding behind the passenger door. Interior: scratches on the console from the seat belt receiver, very slight outer bolster wear on the driver’s seat, and I don’t believe the factory installed radar detector to be working.
