This incredible MACH 1 is a Pure Stunner ! It will make American Pharaoh jealous ! An original Texas car that has been well cared for and maintained it's entire thoroughbred life . It has just taken on a fresh PPG Deltron respray on top of its near perfect straight rust free body . Finished in it's original Acapulco Blue with Black accents this Mach is lustrous and show quality . It has undergone a complete detail that included an entire undercarriage finish while retaining some of it's original finish that was well preserved over the years. The engine compartment retains 90% of its original finish and shows it's true survivor character and patina . The Deluxe Luxury interior sports its original carpet /dash /gauges as well as headliner ( one small hole on passenger side ) along with original door panels . The seat covers have been replaced due to dry foam in the original covers which will be included with the sale . The original steering wheel has been replaced with a high quality wood rim cobra wheel .
The 351 Cleveland power plant is fresh and strong with a .30 over rebuild including an upgraded cam along with an upgraded intake and Holley 4bbl with long tube headers running to new exhaust with Mac mufflers . We estimate 375 hp flowing like thunder from this one ! It sounds like all the horses are running the home stretch at Belmont ! * ASK FOR A VIDEO FOR SOUND * We have one standing by via email or text ! The air condition has been R134 retrofitted and blows cold . The Automatic Transmission is tight and smooth and shifts like a thoroughbred should . It puts the power to the wheels thru the 3.00 Traction - Loc rear and is great for Highway cruising delivering respectable fuel mileage for this Galloping Steel Pony !
The suspension is taught and supple with KONI shocks on all 4 corners ! Brakes are tight and ready to be tested at any time .
This Mach 1 shows off it's style with contemporary MACH 5 American Racing wheels 17x8 with 245 45 17 tires on the rear and 17x7 with 235 45 17 tires on the front . The wheel / tire package really attract attention and add some icing to an already outstanding classic !
