Description:

Here's a 1933 Ford five window coupe that will satisfy the purist or the hot rodder and anyone in between. It's all Henry Ford steel, all original to this car. The doors open and close nicer than any early Fords I've ever seen and the hood closes and latches with ease. This is because the car hasn't been buggered up by taking it apart and putting it back together. This car has spent a big portion of its life in Liberace's car museum.
This car is simply a lot better than most 1933 cars. No rust, patch panels or wrecks. Just a nice, solid car.
The brakes are hydraulic and work well. The interior is also original to this car. It's not perfect but it's an indication of just how pampered this car is. The headliner is as nice as any in the world. The car has been converted to 12 Volts and has an alternator, cleverly disguised as an original looking generator. The magneto is a nice touch and makes this car start at the slightest touch of the switch.
The rumble seat operates as if it was new as does the front and rear window. The cowl vent works like it was new as well. All the glass is original. It has a dropped front axle with tube shocks in the front and friction shocks in the rear. The car is smooth and stable at all speeds.
The later flathead has Edelbrock heads and dual Stromberg 97s on an Offenhauser intake manifold. It is a smooth and quiet running engine that is comfortable on the freeway. Both the transmission and rear end are quiet. No overheating ever with this car.
I know I've left a lot of questions unanswered so feel free to call me at (818) 790-0427. I'll try to answer all your questions.
