for sale

Price: US $27,000.00

Description:

1940 Ford coupe the body and chassis are built by Downs manufacturing company and the car is titled as a 1940 Ford. Motor is chevy 350 and mostly stock it has a turbo400 transmission and Cury 9 rear end. The front end has tubular control arms with rac steering, brakes are power front disc with drum rear. The car has a very nice tan interior with tilt steering wheel, very comfortable bucket seats with plenty of room behind them for storage. The odometer reads just under 10, 000 miles I believe its the miles on the build. The doors open with remote but passenger is not working. There is a remote button under the rear fender. The windows are power with switch under the dash they both work but are a little slow. The trunk is also finished and has gas filler inside and battery. The wheels are 17 polished American racing wheels. The car had a amateur paint job and is not show quality it has scuffs and touch up spots here and there but it's good 20 footer. The hood and grill are original steel and has original hood latch and hinges. The chrome moldings are stick on and look good it gives the car a nice look but can be removed if you want the smooth look. The car has a very nice chassis and drives nice. It would be hard to build this car for what I'm asking. I got this car on trade and open to realistic offers. If you have any questions I can be reached at 813-478-3449.
The car is sold AS-IS with NO Warranty, buyer pays all shipping charges, I would prefer cash in person as payment but we can work that out. I would like to have the car paid for in 1 week but can work out arrangements with buyer. The car has clean GA tag receipt and is registered as 1940 Ford. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 813-478-3449.
