I'm am selling my 2003 Ford Taurus SE. I'm am the second owner, it was a state fleet vehicle before I acquired it.
It gets good gas mileage at roughly 18/ city and up to 30/ highway. It is equipped with a K&N air filter for which I am including an extra filter plus cleaning/ recharging products.
I am also including various other fluids and a new positive battery cable, the negative was replaced about 6 months ago.
It is coming with the uninstalled factory stereo, scosche adapter for an after market unit, and an Infinity speaker system which is pre-wired for an after market stereo.
Comes with two (2) keys and fobs.
All eletrics work perfectly, heater blows hot, AC blows cold but does need to be recharged after some service was done.
The instrument cluster works perfectly but the light is burned out.
Battery is good.
All fluids need to be flushed and changed.
It has a newly installed used transmission which has 78, 538 miles on it. Needs to have filter, fluids, and gaskets changed before being driven.
The car is not currently drivable, it will crank but not start.
The timing of the engine may be off, resetting the timing belt and re-syncing the timing may solve the issues with running.
When this car runs it works incredibly well, it doesn't burn oil, has no problem starting on the first try until it gets to about -30f or lower.
Tires have a fair amount of tread left.
Needs new front brakes.
There is the need for paint as there are some places that are pealing and chipping and the hood needs a full painting.
Shipping or pickup is the responsibility of the buyer. When scheduling shipping or pickup inform me and I will make sure that assistance is available as needed.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction close or the item will be relisted unless prior agreement is reached.
The car is on sale locally and I reserve the right to close the auction early if sold locally.

The reserve is set at $800 as this was the price of the new transmission. There are others locally looking at it so if you are serious about getting this car then choose the buy it now or contact me.
