1953 GMC 5 Window small dent on hood. No rust other than surface rusts see Pics. Comes with 2 complete inline 6 engines the one in it runs and drives extra spare in peices in garage. New tires, new points and condensors, new carburetor kit, new valves on brakes and flushed work good. Brand new heavy duty volt interstate battery. No rust on floor or cab very solid. It has been garaged most of it's life and been in family for 31+ years. For all you collectors out there the 5 window was the sought out collectible model and a rare find in this condition. I have all spare parts to complete restoration from extra running boards, bumpers, inside trim, heater insert. The wood bed underneath is old and cracked just needs replaced. It mainly needs a paint job and would a beautiful truck. We have saved all parts over the years to restore just haven't done it. The spare engine is another plus brand new engine block with transmission and carburetor needs put together has some surface rust for setting outside one year then garaged.Happy BiddingI just want to note no rust in rear cab panel solid I didn't get a close pic of that but is very hard. I got a paint job quote and he said it all could be sandblasted since very strong body and would save a lot of labor hand sanding. With a paint job this could go for 15-25 thousand properly done or a good flip. Look at comparisons with paint jobs on a 5 window going very expensive. I just replaced headlights and tail lights. All electrical works including horn. It could drive home within 100 miles but recommend trailer for long distances since not regularly driven only a couple times a year. Lowered price to sell must go. Great buy for someone in need of money but can't go any lower.
