Land Jet Limousine: 2005 GMC Chasis, Sherrod high top custom package, designed by famous designer completed 2006. Purchased August 2007 with 3000 miles. Features include:
-No way to truly predict future of new vehicle let alone used one with 110, 000 miles. What we can say is of the many vehicles we have dealt with from BMW's, Land Rovers, Cadillac's and so on, there are two which were incredibly reliable both of which were Vans one a Chevy the other this GMC. This GMC has by far been the lowest maintenance vehicle out of them all. The Vortec has been an incredible motor well cared for. Full synthetic motor oil with Lucas additive has been used faithfully. A test performed on the motor at approximately 100, 000 miles revealed extraordinarily positive results. Tune ups performed as recommended. Have used Lucas fuel additives to help keep fuel system clean. Have had no issues with transmission. Installed lifetime brake discs. It was conveyed by auto broker who sold the vehicle out of Beverly Hills that the paint job cost in excess of $10, 000. The Sherrod Captain Seats currently quote at $1, 500 per seat. (Check Sherrod's website and call to verify) Just these items alone is more than what the reserve has been set at for this vehicle. Knowing what I know, it seems to me whoever gets this custom vehicle with 110, 000 miles after having depreciated over 75 % of designers represented original cost should be very happy.
