Terms of Sale
Vehicle to be paid for in full and removed from our property within 5 business days of auction end. If vehicle is not paid for in full and removed from our property within 5 business days of auction ending, we reserve the right to offer to the next highest bidder and/or assess contract storage rates of $70 per day unless prior arrangements are made.
Lien sale processing paperwork/listing fee is included in winning bid and must be paid by Paypal only. No exceptions. If you fail to pay the deposit within 24 hours of auction ending I reserve the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder. Payments accepted are cash or wire transfer only. Funds to clear before vehicle will be released.
