Selling 2002 GMC Sierra HT Hot Truck 1500 4x4 shortbed. This is probably one of the cleanest and rarest 2002's you'll find. On top of that it is also a rare custom order HT package truck. These were only offered in 2001 and 2002 as a special order and stands for Hot Truck. Hot Truck was a sporty package offered in 2001 and 2002 as a GMC regular cab stepside pickup. It was only offered in two fleet colors, Sunforest Green and Sunblast Yellow. The cab came entirely de-badged. All trucks had the following: 4.8L LS V8, automatic transmission, 3.73 gears, 40/20/40 cloth seats with console, A/C, Z85 suspension, chrome bumpers, chrome grille, chrome 16 steel wheels, and color matched leather steeringwheel. The trucks were designed to be lighter and more sporty than the normal regular cab short box styleside/stepside. One of the few options to be had was 4wd which this one has. In total for the year 2002 there were only 959 produced, so needless to say these trucks are extremely rare, even more so with under 30k miles. As you can see this truck has been very well cared for and has seen minimal use. It has never seen winter roads and has been kept in a climate controlled garage. This is definitely a unique and hard to find truck. I don't need to nor do I have to sell this truck, I would like to see it go to a good home who would care for it as well as we have. All in all this is a beautiful, low mileage rare truck that is an absolute joy to drive. I don't use it enough to justify keeping it so it makes sense to sell at this point. The truck is located in southeastern Idaho, you can either fly in and drive it home (which I recommend since this truck is a hoot to drive), or I am more than happy to work with your shipper. I also have all the original stereo equipment to go with the sell. Current miles are approximately 27000 but will go up if I decide to drive it a little.
