1970 GMC 2500 sierra grande custom. 402 big block with 400 turbo transmission. Very rare truck.This truck is completely original to my knowledge, the only things that are not is the rear bumper that I replaced with a brand new chrome bumper, the wheels, glove box and steering wheel. The 402 big block, 400 turbo transmission are numbers matching. Has a 12 bolt posi rear end as well. The exterior is in good shape, only surface rust in some spots. The kick boards are rusted through but that is normal on these trucks. Still have the original wood bed. The interior is all original and not a single tear on the original seat and inner door covers. This truck is in great condition for how old it is. The engine and transmission do leak but it still runs and drives good. This was one of the very first to have a 402 big block put into it. When you look up this truck online the 402 it is not even an option because this truck was one of the first. But on the original glove box it says that the truck came from the factory with a 402 so it is not a swap motor. I still have not been able to find another truck like it. I also have the original paper work from when it was first paid for in 1970, some paper work is in ruff shape but the original owners manual is in great shape.
