firstly... I'm not a dealer. This is a great car that I feel very comfortable selling.
Kept Schedule maintenance:
Replaced timing belt @100K, went ahead and replaced water pump while they took out engine, Oil Changes Reg., Replace both CV joints, Honda Dealer recall on air bags fixed, brand new 17 rims, 50 Series tires ($1500+ for Tires/Rims). Been in 1 accident (not totaled or maimed)... I Have 4 kids and not enough room.
Things I would replace:
Both sides lower control arm bushings need replaced about $200 total, New Spark Plugs, and would replace carpet has plenty of coffee stains from the mornings. :)
These things you will replace on a car like this, but I've already had someone do the work for you. Would Feel comfortable selling to my mother.
***Already under market value, low on miles for age and daily driver***
