Terms and Conditions If you are the high bidder at auction end, you own this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you agree with and are able to follow through with all of our terms and conditions. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A deposit of $500 is required within 48 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer, money order, or cashier's check. If deposit is made with a credit card, it will be refunded upon receipt of the full amount owed. The deposit is required only to hold the vehicle-not to apply toward the total owed. We do not accept PayPal at all. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale. The full amount is due within 4 days of auction end. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through Ebay. The 72-hour guarantee includes major defects of the transmission, motor, or a/c for 72 hours or 100 miles, whichever comes first. We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, keyless remote, or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures. We can accept deposit by Wire Transfer money order or cashiers check sent next day mail. Remaining balance can be paid by Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer. Buyer is resposible for actual shipping cost if vehicle is shipped and any fees that may apply-Please read Fees and Taxes Section.

PICKUP AND SHIPMENT: Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup or shipment of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a shipping company, we will gladly cooperate. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Pick up or shipment must be done during our business hours. We reccommend using an insured shipper. We are not responsible for any damage done to vehicle during pickup and shipment of vehicle.
