If you are driving or flying in please make sure to schedule your delivery date at least 24hrs in advance with your sales representative. Please be aware that if you do not have delivery date scheduled, your vehicle may not be cleared for release.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 847-947-2900 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. We are not a shipping company we merely act as a middle man between you and a transport provider, we do this as a courtesy with understanding that we cannot control when your vehicle is picked up, or dropped off. Thus, we do encourage and can assist you setting up inspection though Ebay or 3rd party source If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Notice to Bidders

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Lux Cars Chicago Inc. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
