This is the powertrain that should have been produced in the Hummer H2! This beautifull Hummer was brought into Canada from the USA as a salvage unit as the power train was shot, and it was professionally converted to a Duramax And allison drive line. The subsequent owner traded it in with us after Driving it for 8 years. This is how Hummer should have produced H2, it is a dream to drive and tow with the duramax Allison combo powering it. This vehicle has been well maintained, and has been given a 150 point inspection at our dealership. The conversion cost was just under $40, 000 including the donor motor and trans. from a 2005 1 ton chevy truck. Both the conversion shop and the previous owner are available for comment on this Hummer. The flaws: the power running boards are intermittantly sticking closed, If left undriven for a long time the battery will lose charge( narrowed down to the amplifier drawing power) could be a reatined memory relay... , rear removeable seat is not in the unit, there are some chips and scratches... and thats about it.
