However we do offer warranties for any customer that would like to purchase one above the sale of the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection there with. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. We do not sell vehicles that have salvage or reconditioned titles. Indiana is a title holding state. An Indiana title can take up to 21 business days to process. We will provide you with a temporary 30 day tag during this period. If you are a resident of IN, there is an Indiana mandated sales tax that charged by county. Check on your states DMV website to see how your state will collect tax for the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end this auction early due to a local sale. Thanks!
