! At the time of this listing the Hummer H3 had 99771 miles, may be higher as potential buyers may stop by to road test. The exterior is in very good condition as seen in the photos. The paint likewise is in very good condition. You see it as-is with no attempt to detail. The interior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears in the leather seats. A/C blows Ice Cold

The Hummer has a Clear Ohio Title. I have a CarFax report printed in February 2016 available for all who take the time to see and test drive the Hummer.
This Hummer runs GREAT, idles smooth and the transmission shifts as it should. The Hummer rides smooth. All power windows and power seats function as they should. The AWD is fully functional and shifts into Full-Time 4WD High and 4WD Low as it should. The CarFax does document this Hummer involved in a Michigan flood loss in August 2014. We see no evidence of that, still the Hummer H3 sold as-is. Ebay offers AutoCheck at a nominal cost, if you have concerns I highly recommend for your personal peace-of-mind you purchase an AutoCheck report.

as stated, we sell vehicles in the same condition we received. We may have driven it without problems, if so I state that. We do not attempt to over glamorize any vehicle, sometimes buyers set their expectation too high and ignore this disclaimer. That said, it doesn't guarantee the car would be absolutely problem free to you or any buyer, things do wear out and break. I make no claims of warranty on any of the vehicle we sell. The majority of buyers are looking for that diamond in the rough at a bargain price and that is what we hope to supply. The majority of feedback from buyers affirms that. Still occasionally there is a buyer who does not comprehend the risk
of buying a vehicle online based on statements and photos without personally inspecting and with no history except for a clean title. You can see I have only few negative feedbacks, one from a buyer who ignored my statement about a large hole in the leather and the interior very dirty only to file a negative feedback stating I said the interior was mint. The other recent buyer drives here 4-hours with the mindset to take the risk and drive home a truck with 250K rather than transporting it, drives off our lot without license plates because as he states he doesn't need license plates
, only to have the transmission fail a hundred and fifty miles from us... yet still, as-is to him somehow meant 'perfect', something we never state, nor do we guarantee a problem free drive home if you chose to do just that. A third buyer ignored our statement the vehicle was not drivable, safe or road worthy, flew from Florida to Cleveland and decided he knew best and attempted to drive off only to have battery trouble down the road. BID only if YOU understand there are risks and only if you are willing to accept those risks.

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit paid through PayPal is due at the close of the auction and must be made within 24 hours of the close of this auction. The balance is to be

at the time of local pick-up or by electronic bank wire 48 hours prior to pick up and this transaction must be completed with the balance paid in full within 7-days of the close of this auction.

Local Pick up and Shipping

WE DO NOT SHIP nor will we assist in arranging shipping,
sorry no exceptions. We will assist your shipper in scheduling a time for pick up and loading the vehicle onto transport. When using a transporter, we will photograph your purchased vehicle loaded onto your carrier and email you the photo. Your purchased must be picked up within 7-days of the close of this auction. ALL VEHICLES remaining on our lot beyond 7-days post auction, will be charged an additional $15 per day storage fee. While we strive to work with all our customers, please communicate with us if you need additional time. In such cases we will consider allowing additional time when need not to exceed 14-days post auction. Thank you for understanding.
International buyers are responsible for all transportation arrangements, all means ALL!
You must contract a domestic carrier to transport this vehicle to the port of disembarkation of your choice. Additionally, you must make all arrangement with your exporter for export arrangements including documentation. The original title must accompany the vehicle for export documentation. A photo copy of the title will be emailed to you or sent through ebay. We are often asked about drivability of vehicle sold for long distances, we never make any statements or recommends to do so. We do however note when vehicles are not drivable and road worthy when there is condition that we find and or obvious.
