Great running truck, motor starts with ease, every time. Recent full service by US Army (31100 miles) and fluid change by me at 31140 for general purposes.
Truck is from Ft Hood, Texas, no salt damage or rust underneath anywhere. Great deer lease truck, or around town toy!
6.2l Detroit Diesel and 3L80 (THM 400) transmission, all work great shifts smooth and the motor sounds perfect. I know these diesels and this one is in great condition, no blowby, no leaks, good power.
I have sourced the soft top kit and paint for it, but need to sell it due to medical issues and the need of a new over the road truck.
Awaiting SF97 from government (go figure it takes them forever for anything) I have insurance through geico for $38 a month and there is no issue registering it in Texas. If I get the form I will have it registered before the auction ends, otherwise I will help whoeve buys it get it registered (in Texas).
I will NOT sell to a non-US Citizen, ship anywhere, or take payments. It fits on a U-Haul car trailer PERFECTLY and it is the buyers responsibility to take it home.
