I bought this car used with about 90500 miles on it. The things I have done to it are the recommended 90K Infiniti vehicle maintenance at dealer, new radiator, brakes, tires, battery, and service every 4500 miles. Tires have 24K miles on them probably get another 20-25K on them.
The previous owner had installed a Stillen strut tower brace which improves handling and chassis rigidity. They also installed aftermarket front brakes and cat back exhaust system (not sure if it’s a Stillen performance exhaust system). It does have a nice rumble.
Things that I know are not working and need repair if wanted:
-Passenger side Fog light lens is cracked and light doesn’t work.
- Dash has the pimples as they call it. This year had a recall on the dash due to manufacture and I’m not sure why the previous owner didn’t fix because it would have been done for free by Infiniti prior to April 2012. Oh well it adds character.
- Sometimes automatic door locks stick and don’t lock or unlock with Key fob. Seems like it happens when temperature is hot outside.
- One of the tire sensors isn’t working and you get the tire sensor warning.
- Fuel gauge seems to be off when topped off it shows just below Full on gauge.
