Thank you for looking at my listing. What you looking at here a is great opportunity to get a really good car that is just some TLC away from being a really sweet ride for a fraction of it's normal price. These G35s are great value holding vehicles. Their rear wheel drive 3.5 V6 engines have proven themselves to be very reliable and good and gas. This is your chance to own one of your own. The engine, transmission, breaks, and suspension on this car are in good and strong condition. It's interior is in pretty good shape (specially for a tan leather interior). Only one of the seats (passenger side) has a small tear (see pic). Where this car needs a little bit of care is on it's exterior. Not that it's bad, but that it's got it's fair share of scuffs, dings, road chips, and scratches. I could have easily sent it to my body shop, gotten it to perfect condition and painted it, but that would have just passed that down to you (the buyer). Instead, I figured I'd take plenty of pics, show you how it is, let you decided if it's current state is fine with you, and allow you to get an awesome deal on a fine car. Again, mechanically the car is in sound condition, but the minor blemishes of its exterior is what's keeping this car from being a $6, 000 plus vehicle.

I offer a 60 day 50/50 limited warranty on all internal driveline components. This includes engine, transmission and differential only, no external parts such as belts, hoses, alternators, etc. It covers 50% of the cost of the

. At the end, the buyers were grateful, and I was glad to help! Vehicles sold on eBay are for the most part Sold as Is. My 60 day 50/50 Limited Warranty is my small way of offering a little peace of mind to show my appreciation when buying from me.

Dealer Fee:
There's a standard
$200 dealer
fee for all necessary documents and paperwork.
Sales tax is not collected for vehicles sold outside of Florida State only if the vehicle is shipped (transported) from my location.
If you are planning to
drive the car away
to another state and require a temp tag, then I have to collect the sales tax rate for that particular state. However, if you register and bring your own tag a head of time, then I don't have to collect taxes either. Please call if you need more information. These things can seem a bit confusing, but I've done it many times so I can help with the process!!
Required Deposit
: A $500 is due within 24 hours from the end of the auction and is payable through Pay Pal. In certain cases, the deposit may be refundable but ONLY at my discretion. I cannot accept balance through Pay Pal because Electronic Tracking is required to maintain Pay Pal Buyer/Seller Guarantees.
Payment of Balance:
The balance is payable at the time you take possession of the vehicle. Payments can be made by personal check (upon clearance), cashiers checks (upon clearance) bank wire transfers, or good old fashion cash.
Taking Possession of The Vehicle:
Our policy is that you take possession of the vehicle and finalize the transaction within 7 days. If you require additional time, please let me know in advance so I can make the arrangements.
Out of Town Buyers – Shipping the Vehicle:
If you're an out-of-town buyer, full payment must be made
prior to shipping
. I'll be glad to assist buyers in making shipping arrangements and I can refer buyers to a trusted transportation company that I personally use, but all costs are buyer's responsibility. Again, we value you as a customer, however due to liability and manpower we are not able to deliver vehicles nationally or locally. We will always assist you in any way we can, but delivering cars locally is something we cannot do, thanks for understanding.
Car History Reports:
eBay no longer offers complementary car history reports since I transact such a quantity of sales. I can email vehicle's history report upon request
