NR! NO RESERVE auction for this is a 1954 International Harvester RC-162 (RC-160). I bought this truck in Vermont a couple years ago with the intention of restoring but I found another COE that is road ready. There are six short videos which I took in the fall when I intended to fix her up for my own (so my candidness shines through :).
The truck looks to be all original. She starts, runs, stops, dumps. Inline 6 cylinder purrs like a kitten. Lights and blinkers work. The gauges function (see in “cold start video”) and I was told the speedo and gas gauge work. Whoever had it before put some work into it. The dump bed is like new. New brake lights/wiring. Recent cherry bomb exhaust. Hoses and belts look updated. Doors shut tight. Windows roll up and down smoothly. Glass is excellent. Nice patina! Obvious rust. Some sheet metal was used on floor. Frame is excellent. Tires are in good shape, a little weather checked, otherwise solid. Rare running classic with working dump hoist for your consideration.
