Description:
This truck has been restored with great pain & expense. I hate to part with it but, health & age dictate that I must. Professional body & paint work. Originally a 345 engine with automatic, now a 392 engine rebuilt with 727 trans., 2 speed transfer case, power steering/power brakes, a/c. Reupholstered inside, double insulated headliner, insulated floor with new carpet, front seat built up with pleated naughehyde, side door panels redone, Grant steering wheel, four gauage cluster with tach under dash - all functional. Absolutely no rust anywhere. Spent all it's life in Las Vegas until I bought it. Has 16.5 wheels 5 bolt BF Goodrich TA's. NOS rear bumper. Show chrome front bumper & polished aluminum grille. Bed & nose were removed & undercarriage & frame sandblasted. Used red Centari paint by Dupont. Two original gas tanks installed with electric switch over valve. Engine has 4 BBL Carb. with hand choke. Truck is in EXCELLENT condition. Bidders are encouraged to come & inspect truck before they buy it. | “One gas gauge is out of calibration & the other one is not working (probably sender units). A/C not totally functional but, could be. Had a holding charge in it. All pipes are connected. May need some electric wiring. The heater core started leaking but, I have a spare one. I isolated the heater core. I also have TONS of spare parts including lenses, door latches, handles, etc. that go with the truck. I also have a spare 392 Short Block 30 over which is available at extra cost. All good stuff!!!” |
