I am selling my scout project that I started on last year. I have done a lot of work to it so far but, can not finish it due to job relocation and funds. It does not require that much addition work to it to finish the scout and would be a great investment and fun truck for the right person. I have redone the entire underbody and frame. It had rust stop put on it and the frame, underbody, and engine interior has a rubber undercoat apply to it. There are brand new bushings for the body frame. It has a new radiator, master cylinder girling, brake master cylinder, brake lines, drum brake wheel cylinders, drum brake shoe sets, distributor cap, airtex fuel pump. I bought a 17 gal fuel tank from a 50 model CJ and installed it in the central rear secured in the frame with new fuel lines. I have not put a fuel cap and line from the body to the tank yet. I have new weather striping for the windshield and half cab. It has a new heater core and venting. I have a extra hood, grill, windshield, original tries and extra set of 31 wheels with rims. I have put over $1200 into the paint job. The red paint is a Deflleet single stage high solid poylurethane enamel with a sunset orange color changing property that with change sunset orange with the correct angle of light. I paid $800 just for 2 gals of that paint and still have one gal left to go with the scout. The scout is a PICK UP only. If you have anymore questions or need more pictures, just let me know.
