I drove the scout from texas and pulled it into my garage and just tearing it apart to re-do to many projects need to get rid of some please examine pics carefully and ask any and all questions
Engine-turbo and exhaust manifold have been ceramic coated-head was fluxed for cracks and decked(none) new pre combustion chambers put in and reinstalled with correct gasket and o rings-Injectors were rebuilt flow tested and new pintles put on them missing nuts that hold on fuel rail(injector shops have them)-pistons were in good condition and so were piston liners so just cleaned up -low flower cleaner replaced with 3 pipe and cone filter-radiators were cleaned and flushed and recoated -have 2.5 inch turbo downpipe exhaust
suspension-4 rough country suspension lift-new rims and tires 285/75 r16 yokohoma colander AT II tires axels-Dana 44 front and rear new warn hubs-new brake rotors, rebuilt calipers
transmission- t14 or t15 transmission can't remember which it is backed up by dana 300 with texas bolt pattern
fuel system-19 gallon poly tank with new float and sending unit-braided stainless teflon fuel lines to and from motor-Racor fuel filter, heater and primer in place of old primer-
body- needs works -have new floor pans -new rockers left and right need installed-new lower quarters left and right need installed-replaced floor bracing on driver an passenger-still has rust in spots-front inner quarters were removed completaly coated with por-15-new body bushings-have new windshield , side windows , top to body gaskets-new ignition with a key current one doesn't need a key
brakes- hydroboost from astro van - new e-brake cables front and rear
10si alternator with wiring to replace original alternator original was fried needs bracket made and wired in
a/c worked when i parked it broke one of the lines need a new one.
2008 jeep wrangler seats front and rear fronts bolted to original brackets and the rear I was in the process of making a bracket
