Very rare midas and rallye edition Scout!very good restorer and collector vehicle. midas editions or rallye editions are rare by themselves but both is unheard of. this vehicle was owned by a older gentleman that prized this vehicle, but unfortunately left it outside for the 30 years he owned it. this led to rather significant rust on the lower portions of the body panels.patch panels or donor panels are included with the vehicle. under the body has NO rust as this was a colorado car. the rust is only in the visible portions. the underside is completely rigid. please see the condition write-up for more information.this vehicle will be able to be driven home, let alone driven into a trailer. (the tags are current)This really is the real deal for all original.

| “the rare midas interior package is 95% perfect shape. the clock and overhaed lights all work great it also had the working swivel seats. the front shag floor carpet is missing, however the rest is all complete and in great shape. i did not manage to get a picture under the hood as i could not figure out how to get the hood open, it is a kinda odd system. under the hood is all original, nothing varies, other than some dirt collected over the years. the truck runs and drives great. the rear seal on the automatic transmission has a slow leak. original very desirable transfer case is intact. all four original rallye edition wheels are all in great shape. the fourth is swapped with the spare, the tires are very dry rotted from sitting. the truck has 128,000 documented original miles. There is a significant amount of rust on the lower portions of the body panels. patch panels included for all rust areas.(both fenders, little bit on both doors, and front portions of both quarters)” |
